Strange Sighting

During West Coast Nationals in August, Goodguys host Hot Rod week. Basically, touring the local shops and collector garages with our many guest that have traveled from out of town.

Sorting the images, I came across this interesting car with a Republic of China flag but driven in Mexico lettering. If anybody knows, I would love to know the history of this car. Perhaps it served as a politician vehicle in China then later sent to Mexico for the dirt racing. Fun!
